Pumpkin Spice Latte Addict’s Coffee Flair Pocket Letter

Happy Friday Pickle Pals!

I am super psyched to share one of my most recent Pocket Letters with you today!

I will be the first to admit that Pumpkin Spice lattes are actually NOT my cup of tea (or coffee), if you will.  However, I DO adore me some caramel frappoccino’s whenever I get close enough to our local Target with a Starbucks inside.  It’s good for my hips and my wallet that it’s not convenient to go to on a daily basis!Ha!! Ha!!!

coffee3

The basis for my pocket letter was centered around some clipart that I found through Pinterest and Google–the memes, e-greetings, and pretty doodled coffees paired so well with a DCWV Fall paper stack, some old Target dollar spot felt leaves and pumpkins, some new Target dollar spot gold leaf stickers, and last but not least–my awesome coffee flair pieces, twine, and sequin relish mix from The Crafty Pickle shop!  Check out some of my detail shots below–click them to see them larger.

I hope you get to enjoy your own cup of coffee today and the beauty of fall before winter sneaks in!  We have flurries on the forecast here in the northeast this weekend.  It’s too early for me to even think about saying that FOUR letter word–haha.  Keep checking back because our shop should be reopening soon!

Gold Gold Gold Mini Album!!!

Happy Monday to everyone!!!

I love to make a mini album especially if it is for my two nieces ….we had such a wonderful time at Disneyland and California Adventure in July that I just had to make an album!!!

I just love going there all the people ( cast members) just go out of their way to help you in any way that they can!!!

My method to making a mini album is I slide all the pictures in the protectors, then go back and add the paper, and next I decorate the cover because that sets the tone for the album for me …and last (my favorite)  I add all the wonderful embellishments from The Crafty Pickle!!!

Here is my album cover:

Kids and Project Life

Hi there, its Treasa here today and I wanted to share how I get my granddaughter involved in my Project Life album. Of course I have tons of photos of her and memorabilia from places and events but I wanted to have her add a personal touch to my album. So I have her draw me a picture or write me a note on a PL card. I think it will be a great way to look back on and remember that time.

Today I gave her a plain 4×6 piece of heavy weight cardstock and asked her to draw me a picture of her and I and this is what she came up with:Art by KayleeI just added a star for the flair to sit on and added the date to the card. In case you can’t tell that is her and me sitting by the pool.

Art by Kaylee2I love how I can get custom flair from The Crafty Pickle to help make my PL album more personalized. The Art by flair is also available in several different colors and you can also get it as a magnet and display your little ones art on the refrigerator.

Art by Kaylee3So grab some blank PL cards and hand your kids some crayons, markers, pencils and let them help make your PL album more personal and special.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful week!!!

And how she used the Something Shiny Slightly Cupped Sequin to follow your eye down the card for interest!!! And bunching the twine behind the Orange Pop of Flair …i am so going to steal that idea!!!

Flair is the perfect little embellishment to add to a cute bottle of bath soap or lotion. Our designer Kristin added our surprise flair with some die cuts for a cute little gift embellishment cluster. LOVE this idea. Couldn’t you see dressing up a bunch of bottles of antibacterial gel and passing them out at wedding or baby shower? LOVE this idea, Kristin! Stop on by Kristin’s blog right HERE.

Designer, Carrie whipped up these cute little gift tags and gift card holders. These are great to have ready for last-minute gift giving. Even topping a plain wrapped gift with this cute little tag pocket would just add the perfect touch! Great idea, Carrie! Stop by Carrie’s blog HERE.

Last but certainly not least is a great gift wrapping idea from our designer, Joann! She used her CTMH Cricut cartridge, Flair, and sequins to dress up this gift for a friend. My most favorite thing about this is that she took our Color Pop Flair and used stazon ink and STAMPED DIRECTLY ON THE FLAIR!! WHAT?!? How come I never thought of this before? Genius I tell you, Genius! It makes me look at our color pop flair in a whole new way. If I were to get a gift like this, It would be hard to open it because the outside looks so very pretty! Thanks so much for sharing this with us Joann! Check out our sweet Joann’s blog HERE.

Our Designer, Stephanie is on vacation but she will be back with the rest of our team very soon to share even MORE #FlairTasticFriday ideas with you all!

Today I wanted to share with you a project I created for my Bunco Group.

Thanks for stopping by today.  If you would like to order some custom flairs it’s super easy, contact Taniesa from TheCraftyPickle and she will make you something beautiful.
Happy Scrappin’
