Super Sweet Wedding Card!!!

Happy Tuesday!
Joann here today sharing a wedding card that I made using the CTMH Cricut Artiste Cartridge!
When this cartridge came out I fell in love with it. It has so many great cuts, which include tons of 3D items, boxes, labels, cards with envelopes, phrases and much more (check out the handbook here).  I cut the frame (pg. 60) and the phrase (pg. 61) from the CTMH Artiste Cartridge.
I cut both images twice, once out of black and once out of a light grey cardstock to help add a little shadow. I also cut a few stripes of pattern paper to add to the left side of the card and a stripe of CTMH Cotton Candy cardstock to help add some color.
I finished my card by adding a heart flair from TCP Watercolor Hearts and some TCP Something Shiny sequins.
That is my card for today, thank you so much for stopping by! Don’t forget to stop by the shop to take a look and pick up some goodies!

Flair is the perfect little embellishment to add to a cute bottle of bath soap or lotion. Our designer Kristin added our surprise flair with some die cuts for a cute little gift embellishment cluster. LOVE this idea. Couldn’t you see dressing up a bunch of bottles of antibacterial gel and passing them out at wedding or baby shower? LOVE this idea, Kristin! Stop on by Kristin’s blog right HERE.

Last but certainly not least is a great gift wrapping idea from our designer, Joann! She used her CTMH Cricut cartridge, Flair, and sequins to dress up this gift for a friend. My most favorite thing about this is that she took our Color Pop Flair and used stazon ink and STAMPED DIRECTLY ON THE FLAIR!! WHAT?!? How come I never thought of this before? Genius I tell you, Genius! It makes me look at our color pop flair in a whole new way. If I were to get a gift like this, It would be hard to open it because the outside looks so very pretty! Thanks so much for sharing this with us Joann! Check out our sweet Joann’s blog HERE.

Our Designer, Stephanie is on vacation but she will be back with the rest of our team very soon to share even MORE #FlairTasticFriday ideas with you all!

Color Color Color!!!!

My son loves rainbows and lots of fun colors so the Color Pop Flair is just perfect for any of the pages that I put together with just a little “Pop” of color!!!

On this page I wanted the flair to be show cased so I added my favorite circle punch to the back of each flair with black cardstock and then used black stamping with the CTMH Stamps and all the great color mixes of Sequins to this page …because both my boys “Color my World” for sure!!!

Having an Eggs-cellent Day!!!

Happy Friday!
Joann here today sharing a layout with you that was inspired by this one!
I fell in love with this layout and I had the perfect picture of my little ones to recreate it but also make it my own! I used some watercolors to create by background and added a couple of paper strips to the sides to add a little something to this colorful layout. I used CTMH Art Philopsophy cartridge to cut all of my eggs out of white card stock and some pattern paper.
I watercolored some eggs and placed them where I thought they looked nice, glued them down and finished it off my adding my picture, the title, Spring Fling sequins, and Easter flair.
Thank you so much for stopping by, hope you have a fabulous weekend!

Remembering Dad

Remembering Dad

This Father’s Day will be particularly hard for me and my family this year. We lost our Dad in February to a traumatic accident.
My Dad was an awesome guy and the life of the party. We know that he wouldn’t want us to be sad on this day, so I decided
we would celebrate him on Father’s Day. Taniesa created some special flair for me so that I could use them to create cards for my
PL album. I have to say when I first saw them , I cried and I couldn’t believe how perfect and how special these were.

First I wanted to create a card using this My Favorite Memory of my Dad flair so I could document that memory of my Dad.

favorite

His grandchildren called him Superman, they seen him as a strong man who could get through anything, so I wanted to create
a card to honor our ” Superman” using a custom flair of a photo of my Dad.

super

Lastly I wanted to share a lovely gift that Taniesa sent to me for my family and me to wear on Father’s Day, how special is this ribbon and its something we could wear every Father’s Day!!

father

I love how special these custom flair are and how they will help us celebrate and remember my Dad on this Father’s Day.

Taniesa can create custom flair for you no matter the subject, just send her a message in The Crafty Pickle shop and let
her know what you are looking for.

Cute Father’s Day Card

Happy Friday! It’s Joann, stopping by to share a Father’s Day card with you!
Here it is…
I kept it super simple. I started off by cutting 3 tie’s using the CTMH Artiste Cricut Cartridge out of some CTMH White Daisy card stock with my cricut. I then stamped a coordinating tie image from the Perfect Fit-Dad Holiday stamp set with some Lagoon and Honey Ink.
Using the same stamp set I stamped “World’s Greatest” on a 2 inch circle piece of vellum with some Versa Mark and used some black embossing powder and then placed a flair from TCP Family themed flair set right in the center. I finished the card by adding some foam adhesive to the tie’s and drew a white square to add a little something.
Hope you enjoyed today’s card, and as always thanks for stopping by and have a FABULOUS day!
